Important information for this weekend 10/11-10/12

Friday 10/10

  • School will open at 10am and close at 10:30
  • Rehearsal at the FAAC begins at 11am (WHITE SHIRT AND SHORTS).
  • Rehearsal ends at 1:30pm
  • Meal Deal for Students will begin at 5pm @RHS
  • Students will meet in uniform at 6:15 in the RHS Band Hall
  • Leave Campus for FAAC at 6:30
  • Game
  • At the end of the 3rd quarter, VARSITY and STAGE CREW woodwinds will begin to go to 2nd floor to change. You will leave uniform on second floor. Please follow chaperone’s instructions
  • At the conclusion of the game, the  VARSITY and STAGE CREW brass will go to the 2nd floor to change.
  • PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES
  • Return to RHS

SATURDAY

  • Be sure you bring all of your supplies for the performance. This includes your tuner, breathing tube, gloves, black socks, R Shirt…etc.
  • Money for Snacks or other item at the Villages of Allen.
  • Money for any patches or t-shirts.
  • Water Jug
  • A change of clothes.

Allen Eagle Stadium in Allen, TX

7:30- FAAC Opens

8:30 – 10:00 – Rehearsal at FAAC

10:30am – Eat and Load at FAAC

11:15am – Leave FAAC

12:15 – Arrive on Site

12:55 – Warm up on Site

2:00 pm – Prelims Performance

2:30 – Leave Stadium for The Villages at Allen

3:00 – Arrive at the Villages (Student free time)

4:30 – Presentation of Prelim Awards (Drum Majors Only)

5:00 – Directors Meeting

7:45 First Finalist Band Performs

Small Meal and/or snack

10:30 – Presentation of Finals Awards

11:15 – Estimated Leave for RHS

12:00am – Estimated Arrival at RHS

12:30am – Estimated Release from RHS
