Marching Band
The Richland Marching Band is the heartbeat of Raider Nation, performing at football games, pep rallies, and fall marching competitions. Representing the best of what Richland High School has to offer, the marching band unites students through music, movement, and a shared commitment to excellence on and off the field.
Concert Band
The Richland Concert Bands challenge students to grow as musicians through a rigorous and rewarding concert season. Each ensemble develops performing in formal concert settings and at UIL evaluation, each ensemble develops technical skill, musical artistry, and a deep appreciation for the power of live performance while having the opportunity to perform yearly on the Meyerson Symphony Center stage.
Color Guard
The Richland Color Guard brings the music to life through the artistry of flag, rifle, sabre, and movement. As the visual component of the marching band, the color guard combines athleticism and performance to create a complete and captivating show experience — welcoming students of all backgrounds and experience levels.
