The Booster Association organizes various fundraising events throughout the year to generate funds that are used to support the band program.
The organization relies heavily on volunteers who dedicate their time and effort to assist with various band-related activities. These volunteers are involved in a wide range of tasks, including event coordination, chaperoning during competitions, concessions at football games, and more.
Volunteers play a large role in fitting, maintaining, and cleaning the band uniforms each year. This ensures students look and feel their best during performances.
Volunteers assist with the loading and unloading of equipment trucks as well as the management of front ensemble equipment and props during performances, contributing to the overall visual and music experience.
The Boosters provide meals or snacks for students during band-related events or activities, ensuring that they have the energy they need to perform at their best.
To get involved and support the Richland High School Band Booster Association, individuals are encouraged to attend the RHSBBA General Membership meetings in August, December, and May in conjunction with the Family & Friends Preview Performance, the Winter Concert, and the Spring Concert.
Additionally, if anyone has questions or wants more information about the organization, they can reach out to a member of the Booster Board for assistance.
