Dimitrios Icossipentarhos is currently in his nineteenth year of teaching and first year as the Director of Bands and Fine Arts Department Chair at Richland High School. Prior to his appointment at Richland, he served the past ten years as the Fine Arts Coordinator/Director of Bands at J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, TX. Concert ensembles under his direction have consistently received Sweepstakes Awards at University Interscholastic League Concert and Sight-Reading performances, advanced multiple times to the Area and State levels of the Texas Music Educators Association State Honor Band competition, and in 2022 were named a 6A TMEA Honor Band State Finalist. The J.J. Pearce High School Wind Ensemble under the direction of Mr. Icossipentarhos performed annual concerts at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, TX, and was invited to perform as a featured ensemble at the 2023 Music for All National Festival in Indianapolis for the first time in the program’s storied history. Marching bands under his direction have earned consistent first division ratings at UIL Region Marching Contests, been named a consistent UIL Area Marching Contest Finalist, been a finalist and grand champion at numerous marching invitationals around the DFW metroplex, and in 2019 were named a Bands of America Regional Finalist for the first time in the school’s history.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Mr. Icossipentarhos received his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music Education degrees from Texas Tech University. He resides in The Colony with his beautiful wife Amy of 18 years, who is also involved extensively in music education serving as the Director of Bands at Westwood Junior High in Richardson ISD, and their son Aiden.

Ellen Chmura is the Associate Director of Bands at Richland High School in Prosper, Texas. Prior to her current position, she served as the Associate Director of Bands at J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, Texas. 

Originally from Lansing, Illinois, she graduated from Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights, IL and later returned as an assistant band director from 2019 - 2021. Ms. Chmura earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of North Texas in 2018. While at UNT, she studied horn with Bill Scharnberg and performed with the Wind Symphony led by Eugene Corporon. She also served as a drum major for the renowned UNT Green Brigade Marching Band. 

Ms. Chmura spent four summers performing with Drum Corps International - three seasons with the Phantom Regiment from Rockford Illinois and one with the 21-time World Champion Concord Blue Devils, where she aged out in 2017. 

In addition to her work in the public school setting, Ms. Chmura serves on the faculty for the Drum Major Institute at the Bands of America Summer Camp in Muncie, Indiana, where she presents leadership and conducting seminars for hundreds of students annually. 

Ms. Chmura resides in Prosper with her fiance, Joey Prescott, who is an Assistant Band Director at Moseley Middle School, and their beloved dog, Rocket.

Jacob Gall resides in Dallas, TX where he currently serves as Director of Percussion for Richland High School in Prosper ISD.  Prior to his teaching appointment in Prosper, Jacob worked in the Leander Independent School District as Director of Percussion for Glenn High School.  It was during Jacob’s time at Glenn where he led the Glenn Indoor Percussion group to three consecutive state champion titles within the Texas Color Guard Circuit.  The group was also named regional champions at the WGI Houston and WGI Dallas shows during both the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

Jacob is best known for his work with The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, where he taught the Corps from 2009-2023 and held the positions of Snare Technician (2009-2011), Battery Coordinator (2012-2016), and Battery Caption Manager (2017-2023).  Jacob was inducted into The Cadets Hall of Fame in the fall of 2021.  Currently, Jacob is on staff with the Blue Stars where he holds the position of Battery Caption Head.  As a performer, Jacob began his playing career as a tenor player for Jersey Surf in 2002.  He then marched snare for Crossmen 2005 and The Cadets from 2006-2008 where he was section leader his age out year.

Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Pennsylvania State University, and a Masters degree in Music Performance from the University of Massachusetts.  Jacob is a proud endorser of Pearl, Zildjian, Remo, and Vic Firth products.

Sarah Hinderliter resides in Dallas where she is the Color Guard Director at Richland High School in Prosper, TX. 

Ms. Hinderliter originally came to Dallas from Austin, TX pursuing her education at UNT where she has recently gotten her bachelors as well as concurrently being the Assistant Color Guard Director at Hebron High School for 6 years. 

As a performer, she spent four summers with Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps and two years with Origins Independent while they were open class, marching World Class Winter Guard in Dallas with CGT, then going back to Origins after they moved up to World Class. 

Drawing on her experiences as a performer, Ms. Hinderliter enthusiastically brings those insights into her classroom. Her passion for the activity helps her approach it from multiple angles, enriching the way she teaches and supports her students.
